Lets see them step by step :

Open admin center: https://admin.microsoft.com/

Navigate to : Settings –> org settings –> services in order to use Services in O365

Microsoft Bookings: is a quick and easy alternative to scheduling appointments with your customers over the phone. A customizable public webpage lets your customers and partners find available times and book appointments with relevant people in your organization 24/7.

Developer Portal for Teams‎: ‎Developer Portal‎ is a tool for managing apps and agents built for Copilot and Microsoft 365 apps. Developers can find tools to configure, validate, and publish their apps and agents

Directory synchronization : ‎Active Directory‎ synchronization allows your company’s administrators to continuously sync your existing on-premises user and group accounts with ‎Microsoft Entra‎.‎Microsoft Entra Connect‎ tool can be used to setup ‎Active Directory‎ synchronization.

Microsoft Forms‎ : Manage external sharing and record the names of people in your org who fill out forms.

Microsoft Graph Data Connect‎ : ‎Microsoft Graph Data Connect‎ enables bulk transfer of data to ‎Azure‎ for use by applications you select for use in your organization. Your applications are governed by your organization’s policies and the applicable separate agreement(s) you enter into with the third party who provides the applications (if any). ‎Microsoft‎ is not responsible for use, inability to use, or performance of products or services not provided by ‎Microsoft‎.

Modern authentication : ‎Modern authentication‎ in ‎Exchange Online‎ provides you a variety of ways to increase security in your organization with features like conditional access and multi-factor authentication (MFA). When you turn on modern authentication, ‎Outlook 2013 for Windows‎ or later will require it to sign in to ‎Exchange Online‎ mailboxes. Basic authentication is the less secure method used by older client applications. ‎Microsoft‎ recommends that you turn off basic authentication for your organization. You can either enable security defaults in the ‎Azure‎ portal to turn off basic authentication for all protocols, or use the controls below to turn it off for specific protocols.
