How to add Agents in O365 seamlessly

This article talks about on how to add Agents in O365

Agents in O365:

Agents in O365 are specialized, AI-driven assistants that extend the functionality of Microsoft 365 Copilot by automating and executing business processes. They are essentially “apps” for the AI era, designed to perform specific tasks using an organization’s data, knowledge sources, and integrated actions

Lets add Agents in O365 step by step:

open admin center: https://admin.microsoft.com/

Navigate to copilot–> Agents –> Agent inventory

In the Agent inventory we have lot of useful agents for a dedicated tasks, as per my knowledge please check supported in column of an Agent inventory so that you can utilize it at max

for an example I have selected JIRA cloud : The new Jira Cloud for Microsoft Teams app anchors real-time communication to a single, shared view of the work ahead. With the power of two tools in one view, conversations have instant clarity and context, creating better alignment and shorter delivery time.

Advantages of JIRA cloud agent

  • In chat: Convert a Teams chat message to a new Jira issue or add a comment to an existing Jira issue in just a few clicks.
  • In Meetings: Visualize your Jira tickets in a Teams meeting in the side panel and sort by “worked on,” “viewed,” or “assigned.”
  • Prioritize and update as a group with the ability to collectively create, edit, or view tickets with meeting attendees.
  • View your tickets directly from Teams personal tab, Outlook or Microsoft 365.
  • Retrieve and view Jira issues using Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365. Simply start by saying, ‘Fetch issues assigned to me’.
