Service health in O365 (M365) is a feature in the Microsoft 365 admin center that lets administrators monitor the health of O365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams etc . It provides real-time status updates on incidents and advisories, as well as historical data on past issues

Lets see it step by step

Open admin center : https://admin.microsoft.com/

Navigate to Health –> Service health –> Overview

you will be able to check Active issues ‎on which Microsoft‎ is working on at that moment

At this moment we have 4 advisory issues in Exchange online viz EXO.

Let’s open any 1 of them , Advisory issue Some users may experience delays in loading images and attachments in Exchange Online email messages

You will be able to see user impact, root cause, updates, issue ID, stats, start time, next update by etc….

you can check issue history in this tab wherein we can see that issue EX1180553 was started on
Oct 25, 2025, 12:30 AM GMT+5:30 and it was fixed on Nov 3, 2025, 6:00 PM GMT+5:30

You can also report on going issue from reported issue tab–> select service on which you are experiencing the issue along with brief description
