It will let you create and set up policies that control what templates people in your organization can see. You can use the Global (Org-wide default) policy and customize it, or create custom policies
Lets do it step by step
Login to Teams admin center aka TAC : https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/
Navigate to Teams –> templates policies–> you can have to edit created Global policy

click on global policy
click on any one of the policy
you can add channels and required apps in it
you can edit the name of the template
